These ARE NOT your average healthy prepped meals, for a few reasons. Firstly, healthy cooking and eating is one of our passions. We use only the finest ingredients to prepare your meals, including fresh herbs, spices and only healthy natural oils. Whether you are on a REGULAR DIET, a HEALTHY EATER, VEGAN, VEGETARIAN, PESCARTARIAN OR KETOTARIAN, we've here to serve you.

Secondly, our meals are freshly prepared and tailored JUST FOR YOU! Literally. Upon placing your order, we prepare and base your meal structure on what foods you love to eat and nothing that you don't like. 

After you've places your first meal prep order, we'll receive a one time call from us, so that we can build your food profile, and get your first order started. Each time you order, our chef's will pull your food profile, and prepare your meals accordingly. You can add or delete items from your profile anytime your like, by reaching out and calling us.
